We ship worldwide. All our pieces ship within 5-7 business days of your order. Shipping times are additional to the above processing time of 5-7business days. There are no tracking numbers available unless you select and pay for the Tracking or Courier option at checkout.

We are not able to track your parcels without the tracking number. If you require a tracking number, please purchase during the checkout stage of your order.

All orders are shipped from the UK.

We can not be held liable for delays in the postal system due to unforeseen circumstances or issues that are out of our control, i.e. Coronovirus, Brexit, etc.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. Customs only hold parcels for between 3-5 days for payment of fees/duties. Please check your inbox including your spam/junk folders for any customs related emails. In some countries Customs may also call if you cannot be contacted by email. See below for more details on Customs.

Orders containing made-to-order items:

If one of your item is on pre-order, we´ll wait for it to send your whole order. We recommend you place a separate order if you wish your item(s) in stock to arrive as soon as the order is being placed.

We can not be held liable for orders containing made-to-order items to arrive after events (birthday gitfs, Christmas, etc...).

Unclaimed / refused orders:

An unclaimed order means that the courier company left an Attempted Delivery Notification because no one was home to receive the order. We invite you to follow the instructions on this note so you can retrieve your parcel. We can not be held responsible for unclaimed orders and therefore will not proceed to an exchange or refund.

Items not received:

Please do contact our customer service at info@vaisselleboutique.com if you have not received your order or if you have experienced any issues with your delivery. We will investigate the issues with the courier.

We will not be able to send a replacement or refund an order that has been lost in transit until the investigation with the courier company has been resolved, as the parcel is no longer under our responsability once it has been dispatched.

If the investigations with the courier shows evidence of delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to help further.

We invite you to raise your own dispute with the courier company at any time.

You must contact us within 14 days of the exepected delivery date if your order has not arrived, otherwise we will likely be out of the courier time frame to open an investigation and we will not be able to help.
